Easy Chocolate Pie
2 Pkgs. Baker’s German sweet chocolate
1/2 C. Milk
1 Pkg. Cream Cheese (Softened)
2 Tblsp. Sugar
3 1/2 C. Whipped topping
1 Chocolate wafer crumb crust
*Heat all but 3 squares of chocolate with 1/4 C. Milk in a large microwave safe bowl for approximately 1-2 minutes.
*Stir until completely melted. (You may also heat in heavy saucepan).
* Beat in cream cheese, sugar and remaining milk.
*Gently fold in whipped topping.
*Pour mixture into chocolate wafer crust.
*Freeze until firm.
*Remove from freezer and let stand for 30 minutes or until pie can be easily cut.
*Melt remaining chocolate and drizzle over pie.
